However, the lure of West Drayton was strong and Mike soon found himself returning to COMAG as Account Director and then Managing Director of COMAG’s Specialist Division, hanging around long enough to eventually inherit the rest of the COMAG Group. The company was at that time a successful but low-profile contract publisher with a reputation for a ‘solid’ approach. It designed, print-managed and distributed magazines on behalf of clients. The emphasis has now been tweaked to respond to a rapidly changing market. Sarah has turned the revenue generation of the magazines around by placing more focus on the commercial success of member magazines and particularly multi-platform selling to advertisers. This integrated approach produces a variety of communication touch points and compliments the company’s multi-platform advertising sales approach.
