We are looking for the top 30 rising stars under the age of 30 currently working in Consumer Magazine and Business Media companies in the UK.

So if you or your manager think that you might just be a rising star in editorial, design, digital, sales, marketing, or anything vaguely related to publishing and beyond, then THIS is the event for you!

★ Included in your entry fee of just £99 (PPA Member price) is a free ticket to the big night itself where the top 30 under 30 will be revealed.

★ All applicants must have been born on or after March 23 1988, and be either full-time employees or, in the case of freelancers, have a supporting note from the relevant manager.

★ The top 30/30 will be hand-picked by a panel of senior industry figures, who will be looking for evidence of real outstanding rising talent as evidenced in your online application form.

★ This should take the form of a 400-word personal statement which is your chance to make your case for being on the list that will be unveiled on the evening of March 22 at St. Luke's. You should  also include a 200-word supporting statement from your direct manager, and at least one example of your work.

★ Judges will be looking for:

- the individual's contribution and how she/he has helped steer the brand/company to success
- genuine original thinking
- real evidence of meeting/delighting audience needs
- a deep and innate knowledge of the target market
- ongoing innovation and creative skills




We are also looking for the Most Promising Student Journalist Of The Year (Under-Graduate/Post-Graduate).

★This award is free to enter and open to current journalism students or recent graduates who are able to submit three pieces of original work. which can be a feature or content for a website editorial such as video or podcast, produced between 1 August 2016 and 31 August 2017 of which at least one piece must be coursework

★ This should take form of a 400 word supporting statement which is your chance to make your case for winning the award. You should also include a 200 word written endorsement by your course   leader   

★ Three pieces of your best work produced between 1 September 2016 and 31 August 2017, of which at least one piece must be coursework
