Circulation - Getting your magazine to your readers

Circulation is about ensuring the effective and cost-efficient distribution of magazines to the end consumer so as to deliver maximum sales, whether on the newsstand or via subscription, in the UK or overseas.

With this in mind, PPA has three main objectives in the area of circulation:

• to provide the most appropriate tools for publishers to be able to maximise the effectiveness of different routes to market;
• to protect the interests of publishers by ensuring that distribution systems are as cost-effective and efficient as possible;
• to promote the sales of magazines through different routes to market with a series of targeted marketing initiatives.
