The PPA business support helpline

The PPA business support helpline (BSH), which is operated by IRPC Group, gives members immediate access to a team of highly experienced, professional consultants who can provide reliable telephone advice in a practical, easy to follow style using everyday language.

What is the PPA business support helpline?

The helpline provides telephone support to PPA members on:

  • employment and personnel;
  • health and safety;
  • payroll;
  • commercial and contract law;
  • landlord and tenant issues;
  • company law;
  • consumer protection;
  • licensing;
  • copyright and patents;
  • debt collection and credit management.

The service provides telephone advice only and does not extend to consultancy, document drafting or vetting. The service is available between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

BSH provides clients with:

  • advice from dedicate, in-house advisers;
  • instant access;
  • immediate response;
  • unlimited free use;

How do you access the scheme?

PPA members should telephone 08707 454545 between 8.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday, quoting the scheme number shown on the helpline card. Access is restricted to fully paid-up PPA members. For information on how to join PPA, click here.
