Terms & conditions of PPA membership1. A company/organisation becoming a member of PPA is bound by PPA’s Memorandum and Articles of Association, available from PPA on request. In particular, it is a condition of membership that:

All PPA members are required to complete an annual ‘self-assessment’ of the company’s magazine publishing turnover and supply this information to PPA for calculating the following year’s membership subscription level. Members will pay the requisite membership fee within 30 days of invoice. 3. Where a company/organisation ceases to be a member, it must remove all references to PPA from its stationery and publications within one month. After this date, use of the logo will be deemed an infringement of PPA’s Intellectual Property Rights.
