  • Reviewing a budget

(iii) Profit and Loss

  • Monthly reports - monitoring the budget
  • Accounting adjustments
  • Create a profit and loss account with adjustments

(iv) Casflow and Credit Control

  • Understand the importance of cashflow
  • The cost of credit
  • Credit control policies
  • Debtor days

(v) Forecasting

  • Why Forecast?
  • Recognising and interpreting trends
  • Tips for forecasting
  • Reviewing a forecast, and improving the accuracy of forecasts

Day Two:
(vi) Marginal Costing
