Fulfillment bureaux

Treated correctly, subscribers can become the most loyal readers and one of the most valuable resources for a publishing business.

As subscription marketing becomes more and more sophisticated, specialist bureaux have emerged to help publishers service their customers.

This can be a less expensive option. By using a bureau not only can publishers take advantage of fully developed systems but can concentrate on further subscription growth and retention. By offering an increasingly sophisticated and enhanced service, publishers recruit more subscribers, retain more existing ones, increase revenue and so the cycle continues.

A list of subscription services suppliers can be found in the PPA Supplier Listings.

The Customer Direct Marketing Group has recently produced a series of best practice guidelines:Click below to download.
