Martyn Moore joined Practical Photography in 1988 as feature writer.
 
In 1989 he was the PTC Trainee Journalist of the Year, consumer specialist magazines.
 
He left Practical Photography to relaunch Bike magazine in 1991 and in 1992 he was BSME Editor of the Year.
 
In 1994 Martyn returned to photography to edit Photo Answers and Practical Photography and launch Digital Photo.
 
Then in 1998 he edited Max Power before moving to Emap's London offices to edit Internet Magazine.
 
In 2000 he led the team that built Maxpower.co.uk and published Revs magazine before returning to editing in 2002 at Classic Cars magazine. In 2004 he took over Practical Classics.
 
Martyn's eighth editorship is Fleet News, the business newspaper for the car fleet industry. He took up this role in January 2006.
 
His first book, The Photographer's Guide To Setting Up A Website, was published in 2005. Martyn has also made a living as a council grass cutter, a coffin varnisher and a male escort.
