"The PPA New Talent Awards are all about shining a light on the outstanding efforts and achievements of the rising stars in consumer magazines and Business Media."
WHAT TO EXPECT
The PPA New Talent Awards are the ultimate accolade for our industry’s brightest new stars, and this year’s all-new event will be held at the legendary Ministry Of Sound, London on Thursday March 16.
As well as a new venue, we’ve remixed the whole awards evening to bring it bang up to date for 2017, ditching the black ties and silver service, and delivering you a completely fresh take on the awards experience with award-winning food, flowing drinks, and entertainment from our top DJs.

This year's New Talent Awards are hosted by Paul McNamee, the award-winning Editor of The Big Issue and the Chairman of PPA Scotland. Paul is the first Editor to manage The Big Issue across all its national and regional editions as well as its website, and has recently steered the title through its 25th anniversary. He previously worked on the NME, and before that was the co-founder of Blank magazine, having also written for titles including the Daily Mirror, The Guardian, and The Irish Times. A regular media commentator, Paul has been named Editor of the Year three times by PPA Scotland, and was named British Editor of The Year 2013 by the BSME (British Society of Magazine Editors).

THE FOOD & DRINK
This year we've decided to flip away the dinner tables and bring in Create, London's premier catering company, to serve you an experience that any foodie would be blown away by. Create will be walking around serving you innovative, delicious, and beautifully-presented food all through the evening, or you can go to their live cooking-stations to see the chefs in action. Look out for the savoury donuts, our personal favourite!
Kick off your night with a glamorous touch of ice-chilled bubbles while you mingle and network with your industry peers before the grand reveal of the winners. After which, you will be enjoying the New Talent Awards after-party with Ministry Of Sound's free-flowing selection of beer and wine all night!
Charli Vos, part of Sauce DJs, has residencies in two East London clubs, Queen of Hoxton and Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen, and also plays at many other events across the country. Her vibrant identity is a perfect representation of her sets, which will keeping you moving all night long to all the songs you want to hear!
