Egmont UK launches children’s magazine Glitch
Children’s publisher Egmont UK has launched Glitch magazine, which is aimed at internet-savvy preteens.
Ellie Austin scored a job at Immediate Media as a Features Writer for Radio Times after graduating from the Magazine Journalism MA course at City University. Here she talks about working in the fast-paced world of a major weekly magazine and the power of a good coffee.
The content is dedicated to games, television and online videos with features on toys, apps, YouTube stars and streaming, to name just a few.
Rahela Begum, a Publisher at Egmont UK commented: “We’re excited to finally launch our brand new digital content magazine. Glitch reflects the interests and passions of today’s readers and showcases Egmont’s expertise when it comes to curating digital content.”
The bi-monthly title will highlight some of the most successful digital brands in an interactive package.
The first issue of Glitch will go on sale for £3.99 on 6 September.
