PPA Connect Briefing: Introducing new event formats and making them successful
DATE: June 9
VENUE: PPA HQ
Speakers from Hearst Magazines UK and Metropolis International share their experiences of bringing new event formats to market at this free breakfast briefing from PPA Connect.
Ellie Austin scored a job at Immediate Media as a Features Writer for Radio Times after graduating from the Magazine Journalism MA course at City University. Here she talks about working in the fast-paced world of a major weekly magazine and the power of a good coffee.
The power of face-to-face has never been stronger, but with events saturation increasing in all markets there is the risk of our audiences becoming bored and overwhelmed with the event formats on offer.
At this free briefing for PPA members, we explore the progress made by two media companies - one consumer-facing and one that serves professional audiences - to better understand how we can introduce different event formats to our portfolio to boost revenue and brand engagement.
