The PPA has launched a new Advertising Awards showcasing the finest examples of advertising planning and execution within magazine media brands in the UK.
The awards are open to anyone who plans, buys, creates, or account manages advertising campaigns within the magazine media brands and channels of professional publishers.
Advertising campaigns that used a branded magazine media channel - either Consumer or B2B - and ran in the period 1 July 2011 to 30 June 2012 are eligible to enter.
The six categories open to the advertising industry include:
> Print Campaign of the Year
> Digital Campaign of the Year
> Integrated Campaign of the Year
> Innovative Campaign of the Year
> Most Effective Campaign of the Year
> PPA Advertiser of the Year
PPA Marketing Director James Papworth said: “Magazine media brands are some of the biggest names in media and the multi-channel advertising that’s created, planned and placed in them, is some of best.
"These awards are dedicated to these brands and their platforms, and offer a great opportunity for the people who produce and execute these great campaigns to be recognised and rewarded for their hard work."
