1.Qualifying advertising must have run in at least one channel of one magazine media publication.
2.Qualifying advertising must have run either in entirety or in-part, in the period 1st July 2011 to 30th June 2012. For print campaigns that is On Sale date 1st July 2011 to 30th June 2012.
3.Display adverts entered must adhere to the British Code of Advertising, Sales Promotion and Direct Marketing. Any advertising that is subject to an upheld complaint to the Advertising Standards Authority is not eligible to enter or be judged for an award.
4.The judges' decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into concerning the published results.
5.The results will be announced at the PPA Advertising Awards event to be held on 11th October 2012, followed by publication through MediaWeek and posted on the PPA website.
6.Category product prizes will be awarded one per category and only to the lead individual named on the winning entry when it is entered for the awards.
7.Only agency employees and their clients are eligible for prizes. Employees of PPA member publishers are not eligible.
8.Any tax or other legal charges becoming due as a result of the prize are to be borne by the winner(s) of the prizes.
9.Campaigns may be considered for more than one category and win more than one award.
10.We would like to promote all interesting entries. By entering these awards you agree to allow us to convert your entry into a case-study for use in PPA marketing materials.
11.Case-studies may be featured on PPA websites and within Campaign and or Media Week.
12.If your entry contains elements for ‘judges eyes-only’ please clearly indicate such on your entry form and these details will be excluded from any marketing publication.
