Abacus e-Media is set to acquire the direct marketing consultancy Alliance Media for an undisclosed sum.
Alliance will continue to operate from its offices in Bushey, Hertfordshire and directors Caral Mracek and Charles Arthur will join the Abacus management team.
Subject to final legal and financial due diligence the formal takeover is expected to be completed this month.
The two companies have previously worked together on the launch of the Advance platform, which enables publishers to manage their print and online subscriptions, registrations and events using one system.
