Birmingham Living magazine is set to launch today.
The Nimrod Publishing-owned title will feature topics including food and drink, fashion, property, health and beauty, business and education.
It launches with a 16,000 print run and will be edited by Jon Card.
"Media in Birmingham is rather thin on the ground for a city of this size, and yet there is so much happening here which just isn't getting the press it deserves," said Card.
"We have Michelin-starred restaurants, a burgeoning retail sector and entrepreneurs in many sectors who are making a real difference.
Nimrod Publishing is a subsidiary of Taylor Bloxham – the Leicester-based printing firm. The company also publishes Warwickshire Living and Worcestershire Living.
