The 62-page British GP preview special comprises current magazine content, previously released articles as well as a host of new features.

The iPad special edition also includes over two hours of embedded video, with rare footage from every British Grand Prix from 1950 to 1980.

Autosport Editor-in-Chief Andrew Van De Burgt said: “At £1.99 and with its high-quality content and design, I really hope that this issue is a success and becomes the first in a series of this type of product.”

The motoring title has already established a digital presence with the launch of both its iPhone and Android apps and the digital edition of the magazine.
