Lucy Hall takes up her new position later this month after spending 10 years as Deputy Editor and Pasco will remain with the title as Editor-at-Large following 22 successful years as Editor.

In further changes to the editorial team, David Hurrion, Horticultural Editor, is promoted to Deputy Editor and Ross Bayton, Horticultural Writer, is promoted to Gardening Editor.

“It’s a real honour to become editor of Gardeners’ World Magazine, and to carry on the great work achieved by Adam and the team,” said Hall.

“So much of gardening is about sharing a passion for plants and the outdoors.

“So it’s very exciting to be involved in our expanding online and digital formats, which, alongside the printed magazine, are fantastic resources to help gardeners get results and provide a forum for ideas and problem-solving.”

BBC Gardeners’ World Magazine is published by Immediate Media Co under licence from BBC Worldwide.
