Created using FutureFolio, the publisher’s interactive tablet magazine creation software, the food and lifestyle title is the first external client to publish using the platform.

The iPad version includes an interactive cook mode, where users can use easy-to-follow instructions on their tablet as they’re cooking.

Matt Winwood, Head of Commercial for FutureFolio, said: “Jamie Magazine wanted a beautifully designed interactive app which made the most of their photography while fitting seamlessly within their existing workflows and resources.

“FutureFolio is the ideal solution. Not only has it been created by publishers for publishers, but the level of interactivity is scalable and the software really adds value for consumers, bringing a new dimension to the brand for the publishers.”

The Jamie Magazine App is free to download and contains a sample magazine; each subsequent edition is priced at £3.99.
