Sigaria Ltd has announced the appointment of David Gilbertson, the former CEO of EMAP and Informa, to its Board as a non-executive director.
Gilbertson has been acting in an advisory capacity for the publisher since the beginning of 2012 and will take up the role with immediate effect.
Sigaria said Gilbertson would bring extensive experience in subscription-led media, data and events and provide valuable support for the business’ international growth plan.
