Hearst Magazines UK has appointed Max Raven to the newly-created role of Group Revenue Director.
Raven will lead the publisher’s advertising operation for its multiple-platform brands, and work closely with key clients, media agencies and partners as well as senior management to define the new sales strategy.
Reporting into Arnaud de Puyfontaine, he will have full revenue responsibility for all offline and online ad sales activities.
Raven joins from Turner Broadcasting (CNN International) where he was Ad Sales Senior Vice President.
Prior to joining CNN International, Raven was an account director at Mindshare in Sydney and London.
At the same time, Hearst Magazines UK has promoted Greg Witham to the role of Group Trading & Partnership Director from his role as Trading and Key Accounts Director.
