Immediate Media Co Announce Daniel Griffiths to Join Bristol Specialist Portfolio

Immediate Media Co has announced that Daniel Griffiths has been appointed Editor of Essential Kitchen & Bathroom Business (EK&B Business).

EK&B Business is aimed at kitchen and bathroom retailers, manufacturers, distributors, designers and new-build specifiers, and is part of Immediate’s home-interest titles alongside Your Home, HomeStyle, kbbdaily.com, KbbArk.com, and Homes & Antiques, following the integration of the Hubert Burda Media UK (HBUK) business in to its Bristol division earlier this year.

Daniel is a 25-year career journalist, having edited titles in the fields of technology, games, movies and music, including Official PlayStation Magazine, Total Film, Guitarist, Guitar World, GamesRadar, iCar, Arcade and Future Music. He also has long-running property interests and house renovation projects which have become an ever-increasing part of his day-to-day.

Daniel commented: “It’s great to be finally working in a field so close to my heart. These are exciting times for the KBB industry and EK&B Business is known for showing the way. I greatly look forward to getting to know more of the great work being done in KBB and working with the brilliant team at Immediate Bristol to keep this vital title one step ahead.”

Marie Davies, Immediate Managing Director, Specialist, added: “Essential Kitchen & Bathroom Business is an exciting new brand to our Immediate Specialist portfolio, and I am delighted to officially welcome Daniel to our team as the editorial lead. Daniel started as acting editor following the migration of the Hubert Burda UK business to Immediate and it was clear from the beginning that EK&B Business was going to take his enthusiasm for all thing’s interiors to a new level. He’s already created two brilliant issues and we look forward to collaborating to deliver more engaged, client focussed and forward-thinking content for this ever changing and dynamic industry.”
