Power of Print 2020: Magnetic's Sue Todd On How Magazine Media Can Help Advertisers Plan For Recovery

Sue Todd, CEO of Magnetic, will join a line-up of expert speakers at 2020 Power of Print virtual seminar, taking place on Tuesday November 3.

As the advertising community resets after the cautious months of lockdown, Sue will look at the role that magazines play in helping brands build for the future. Sue will be sharing some new insight from Magnetic and Kantar that looks at how advertisers can use magazine media to build stronger and more meaningful connections with their target audience, and in turn boost sales.

Jonathan Tame, Managing Director of Two Sides, the lead organiser of the Power of Print, said: “Magazines played a critical role during the national lockdown, providing much-needed enjoyment, relaxation, and a welcome opportunity to ‘switch-off’ from the huge increase in screen-time. The deep emotional connection audiences have with magazines make the medium one of the most effective channels for building brands. We look forward to Sue’s expert views on how magazine media can help advertisers plan for recovery.”

Mark Davies, Managing Director or Whistl’s doordrop media arm, will explain how the lockdown taught a new generation of marketers a thing or two about print marketing.
