Publishers of all shapes and sizes face the same pressures: How to build more effective platforms that meet growing multi-media publishing needs AND setup and run faster and more efficient workflows, with minimum capital investment and manageable running costs?
Key questions include:
• How do you define your technology requirements, so you can work out which platform is best for you?
• How do you deal with changes in working practices?
• How do you minimise the cost of technology?
• How do you plan and manage change, so you realise the benefits of new technology and ways of working?
The PPA and have teamed up with Evolved Media and Woodwing, and a number of industry experts, to run a free breakfast briefing to help publishers start to answer these questions.
The morning will be an open discussion focused on the practicalities of investing in publishing technology, workflow and production tools, with contributions from publishers who have implemented or are implementing solutions, as well as technology and publishing experts.
Contributors include: Julian Adams, IT Director at Immediate Media, Imre Nagy, Head of Technology at Jacobs Media Group and Maarten Reinders, Chief Commercial Officer at Woodwing, plus others.
